I was only in town to pick up my new rescue dog.Ibis met my needs. Under normal circumstances I am s
The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. They tried very hard to meet my needs. They were courteous , and tried to do their best for me within what they had to work with. My room was very basic but comfortasble.
Unfortunately the hotel was under major reconstruction. The elevator was not available and was boarded up. Unfortunately I was suffering from Vertigo and could not use the second floor. They were demolishing and welding right outside my room inside the building. Very noisy during working hours. The water was disconnected at one point and I found it difficult to use the electrical plug necessary for my Cpap machine. I requested assistance and a worker came and fixed the issues within a few minutes.

My stay at the IBIS HOTEL was pleasant and useful to access my air travel.
It was a place to stay while waiting for my flight. The bed was quite comfortable. Check in/out was easy without much fuss.
To be told I had to use the key to turn on the lights. I spent a lot of time without electricity because the main light came on when entering the room so didn't realise more action needed to be taken to activate the rest of the electric supply.
